International Sales and Re-Seller Policy

For our valued international customers, we offer a selection of Harley-DavidsonĀ® Licensed products and products from other manufacturers, which have no shipping restrictions.

**Licensed products are manufactured by others to include H-DĀ® branding by the Motor Company.

Shipping

Free GROUND shipping on orders over $100.00 (Exclusion may apply). Offer only available in the U.S. Offer is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous orders. If you return items that reduce the sale total to below $100, you will be charged for ground shipping. Shipping costs are always detailed at the checkout page.

Quick Order Processing and shipping. Most orders ship within 1 business day, in a rush to get it quick? Please call dealership during normal business hours at 970.292.0400. We ship via USPS. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.

If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped by 3:00 p.m. MST the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please return your product within 30 days. If past 30 days, we can consider exceptions, but please contact us first. Our return period is extended to January 31st for holiday gifts.

Please ship to our returns processing center address below, include with your order, a copy of your original invoice with clear instructions on the exchange needed, refund or gift card. Please include a contact phone number. We will contact you if the product is not available or we need to collect additional payment or issue a refund for a price difference. If your item was received as a gift and you are not the card holder you will be issued a gift card.

A few disclaimers, products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return, or our return policy. Any original shipping costs are not refunded, and additional shipping charges may apply.
